Time for Care – collaborative learning programme
Shaped to meet our island priorities around the Ten High Impact Actions, this is envisaged as a 9-12 month programme, supporting groups of practices to come together, agree priorities for action, learning together about practical tools and techniques. These locally hosted collaborative learning sessions will be facilitated by the NHS National Sustainable Improvement Team and interspersed with periods in which participants can test out ideas and implement changes in practice. This is a flexible programme. We can build in opportunities to share local best practice and you will have access to resources such as case studies to find out more about proven innovations of potential interest.
